As with any new venture the path to success is never a straight line. I took a hiatus while I focused on developing my career and building another company that had taken a good part of my energy over the past 8 years. I learned many things and had the opportunity develop an amazing team of product folks and created some compelling software to service enterprise companies.
If you’ve ever tried to build a campfire you know that you have a small pile of kindling, a spark and then you gently and carefully blow on it until it catches. For the last 2 years I’ve been blowing gently on SkillProfile and feeding it a little bit of kindling to keep it going.
